Running ... last week at CF, we ran 100 m sprints for time..8 of them with 1 minute in between. I am training with some very fit CrossFitters who are going to the Sectionals in March. I have never pretended to be a runner but have run more in the past six months than I have ever done. First sprint was 32 sec, last was 25 so I did improve!!!
