I will start with pix this time...taken somewhere in SOHO. Important to always patronize official places and when you are looking for a place to live, never forget...location, location, location.
Friday -
Walked in the am
did 10 burpees
CrossFit:
ran 400m
10 burpees as part of the CFV warmup
WOD:
10 Rounds
1 min max double unders (I did tuck jumps)
1 min max sec handstand hold (I did it from a box-knees on box, hands on floor)
They counted each round - I got up to 114 tuck jumps at the last round and almost 54 sec of the second exercise. It is INCREDIBLY difficult to do it Rx - I watched Justin and it was INCREDIBLY hard for him to do and he can do almost everything. He did it but it was a real strain. Anyway - it was a good workout no matter how you do it.
- B - eggs, hot links, mushrooms, peppers, strawberries, kiwi
- coffee - 2 - one with creamer/one SBux - soy cinnamon
- L - salad with chix, vegetarian minestrone, apple/iced green tea
- snack - nuts, grapes
- D - pork chop, carrots, asparagus, fav bev*
*sparkling water (about 3/4), oj (almost to the top), pomegranate juice over ice. try it - very refreshing, low cal, does the job.
