Anyway - the workout for the Masters has been posted:
Event 1
Friday 5/7
1-3pm at CF Ethos
Three rounds for time of:
50 Double unders
21 Kettlebell swings (1.5 pood men / 1 pood women)
12 Pullups
Event 2
Friday 5/7
4-6 at CF Ethos
1 Rep Max Thruster
Event 3
Saturday 5/8
UC Irvine
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Chest to bar pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
There apparently is a 4th that will be announced when I check in
So here is what I can already do:
Kettlebell swings at 1 pood (35 lbs)
Thrusters - working on max - probably about 65-75 lbs
Push ups
Squats
Here is what I am working on:
double unders - can string 3 together but it is getting better
pullups - now working with thin and thinnest bands
chest to bar pullups - mmm
what the heck - will just do my best!!!
