Only down a bit more than 1/2 a lb, but down nonetheless. To review the week....
- Exercise - Went Monday and Thursday, but as it turned out, on Friday, R and I got last minute Warrior tickets so I ended up not going to Cross Fit. As I had to get to work early on a few days, I only walked 3 out of the 7 days.
- On the eating front this past week, I did ok - probably not perfect.
Goals this week....
1. Cross Fit Monday, Wed, Fri
2. Do something physical every day
3. Zone it up and journal it down
