First attempt

at the first WOD which, to remind the audience, is...

3 rounds for time - 15 min max
50 double unders - which is jumping rope but the rope goes under twice for every jump
21 KB swings - 35 lbs
12 pullups - did them with one red band

Got 1 round plus 44 du's in. argghh

it was the double unders that took me forever!

got work to do.

grab a rope and do at least 50 DU each day. It's just coordination...also, you don't have to do them all in a row.
