Did the first workout again....

a reminder - it is....for time - max 15 min
  • 50 DU
  • 21 KB swings - 1 pood
  • 12 pullups

did 2 rounds plus 26 du's which was an improvement over last time which was 1 round 44 du's.

All of the DU practice has injured my right shoulder - so we laid off them for a few days.  This go around hurt but I was able to do them.  My goal is to finish before the 15 min.  I can do it - will lay off the DUs until Friday's competition.

Then CFV took me out to dinner as a send-off as none of them are going to be able to come.  They put together a little tape machine with their cheers on it!  Also a CFV Beast backpack with essentials - including a CFV towel!  Soo soo sweet!
