Day 1 - October challenge

I will report the prior day's results just so I don't confuse my mass audience or myself.

Day 1 -
non-CrossFit day - I usually go MWF and Sat
Walked with Merle
Did 10 burpees
  • B - two scrambled eggs with mushrooms and peppers/strawberries/cantalope/coffee with creamer (deal was I was not giving up coffee - might give up the creamer, we will see)
  • 1/2 cuppa skinny latte
  • L - salad with chicken and some veg
  • Snack - tomatoes/celery with humus/radishes
  • D - shrimp/cauliflower/soycatash (great frozen veg from Trader Joes)
Ran 400 m
Did 10 burpees

So far so good.
