OC Day 17 and Weigh In Sunday

Sorta told you about fitness day 17 with the 1 mile run...also did more burpees than required and the team WOD

food -




Reality is not far ....
b - eggs, hot link, peppers, zucchini, pineapple, mango
l - actually skipped it - at a volunteer event and they only had pizza
d - chicken and lamb, salad, oj

weigh in - same as last week - 156 - it IS a month long challenge - so hanging in there.
