Day 4 of the OC

Fitness:
Ran 4X400m with 400m walk in between
Did 20 burpees

Food:
Coffee with creamer (just assume this - I won't continue to list)
B - eggs with hotlink/pepper/green chili and salsa with bacon and fruit/oj
L-fruit/nuts
D-salmon/artichoke/green beans/fav min water drink

Sunday weigh-in: 158...down 2 lbs
