OC Day 5 (just to change it up a bit)

Fitness:
run 400m - check
did 20 burpees - check
Warmup - 1 round of CFV WU, hang power cleans 3-3-3-3-3 ... got to 63lbs
WOD
4 rounds
12 Knees to Elbows - not near Rx but better each time
12 Pull ups (red/green bands)
did it in 4:35min
Food:
B - turkey breast, banana
L - carrots, nuts
Sn - apple
D - roast chicken, broccoli, roasted peppers and eggplant
Sn - watermelon, strawberries

Borough Market - a most amazing place...amazing food, bustling, colorful, fun. Bought nuts, a smoothy and ostrich burgers which we ate that night - highly recommended although do not look for an endorsement from R who could not bring himself to try one.
